For personal trainers and online coaches
Your site's job is not more enquiries. It is better ones.
A one to one coach cannot take everybody, so a site that fills the inbox with people who were never going to fit has cost you time, not made you money. We have built three coaching sites, and all three are written to qualify: what the coaching is, who it suits, what it asks of you, and what it costs. Websites start at £2,500.
Say what the coaching actually asks of them
Most trainer sites sell the outcome and hide the work. It converts a bit better and qualifies a lot worse, and the cost lands later: consultation calls with people who wanted a different thing, clients who drop out in month two, and refund conversations nobody enjoys.
The sites we build are honest about how the coaching runs week to week, including the parts that are hard. Somebody who reads that and still enquires has already decided. That is the enquiry worth having, and it is the reason the application form on one of these sites qualifies before it books rather than dropping everyone straight into a calendar.
Proof, in the form people actually believe
Transformation photos are the currency, and how they are presented decides whether they read as evidence or as marketing. A swipeable showcase near the top does more than a testimonials page nobody clicks, and client words sitting next to the programme they are about do more than a wall of quotes with no context.
Where a coach writes, that writing should appear on the site by itself rather than being copied across by hand. On ProFlow Physiques the articles the coach writes inside his own app publish straight to the site, which is the difference between a content plan that survives a busy month and one that does not.
Prices that cannot disagree with the checkout
This is the detail that quietly costs trainers money. A price on a page and a different price at checkout destroys trust in one click, and it happens the moment those two numbers live in two places. So we build it so they cannot disagree: a plan with a real checkout goes to checkout, a plan without one goes to the enquiry form, and nothing is able to charge a figure the page did not show.
The practical effect is that a coach can change prices the same day they decide to, without ringing anybody. Where there are several coaches, picking one re-prices the whole page to that coach's own rates, and a coach who is not taking clients cannot be booked even from a link somebody kept from last month.
When you need the app instead, or as well
The site sells the coaching and takes the money. An app delivers it. Most trainers need the first long before the second, and building the app early is a good way to spend £8,000+ solving a problem you do not have yet.
The point to think about it is when messaging and shared file links have stopped scaling, or when check-ins are arriving in four places at once. If that is already you, read app development for coaches. If it is not yet, the site is the whole job and the estimator will price it in about two minutes.

Questions we get asked
- How much does a personal trainer website cost?
- Websites start at £2,500 for the build. The range for yours depends on how many programmes need their own page, whether you are taking payment on the site, and whether you want to edit it yourself. The estimator emails you a costed range and a timeline in about two minutes.
- Can I take payments and applications on the site?
- Yes, and both together: memberships, packages and single sessions through a real checkout, with an application form for the coaching that needs a conversation first. The rule we build to is that a price shown on the page can never differ from the price charged at checkout.
- Will it help me get found on Google?
- It is built in rather than sold separately: a page per programme so search has something specific to rank, proper metadata and structured data, and fast pages on mobile. We will not promise you a position, because anybody who does is guessing.
- Can I update prices and programmes myself?
- Yes. Prices, programmes and availability are the things that change most often for a coach, so they are the things you should never have to wait on a developer for. Anything that would break if it were hand-edited stays with us.
- Do I need an app as well?
- Usually not at first. The site sells the coaching and takes the money; the app delivers it, and it is worth building once messaging and shared file links have stopped scaling. We would rather tell you to wait than sell you one early.
