Straight answers
Websites are agreed at a fixed price. Apps and business systems are scoped on a call because the rules, users and integrations change the job. Every project gets a written scope and a fixed build price before anyone writes code.
Then we will tell you to buy it. Custom software earns its place when the way your business works is important, or when separate tools leave your team carrying the gaps by hand.
No. Bring the part of the business that is slow, fragile or getting in the way. Working out the right shape of the solution is part of the job.
That depends on the scope. You get a realistic timeline in writing before the build begins, see working software during the project and hear early if anything changes.
We can keep the software hosted, monitored, updated and supported after launch. The arrangement is agreed separately and plainly before work starts, so there is no surprise commitment later.
The next step
Answer six quick questions, choose a time, and Tom will look at the business before the call so the conversation starts with the problem.
