For coaches and personal trainers

Your coaching does not fit somebody else's app.

Check-ins in one place, programmes in another, payments in a third, and you holding all three together at nine at night. We build the app or the site that runs the coaching instead: your programme, your check-ins, your clients, on their phones. Two coaching apps shipped to the stores so far, and the client came back for the second one.

They came back

We built ProFlow their first app. Then they asked us to build a second one.

ProFlow Academy went live on the App Store and Google Play for a group coaching programme. The second business needed something different, so rather than bending the first app to fit, we built ProFlow Physiques from scratch for one to one coaching: separate product, separate stores, separate data, plus a marketing site each.

There is a reason the questions we ask are the right ones. Our founder ran a coaching business for eight years before building software for coaches, so nobody here needs the difference between a check-in and a progress photo explaining, or why a plan that cannot be changed on a Tuesday is a plan nobody uses.

You get the person who scopes it, builds it and answers for it. Not an account manager relaying it.

What we build

The three things coaching software has to get right.

Everything else is detail. These are the parts that decide whether your clients actually use it after week two.

Delivering the coaching

The programme, on their phone

Video libraries with timed unlocks, plan templates so a twelve week block is not rebuilt per client, and training, nutrition and metrics in one place instead of three apps that disagree.

Seeing the client

Check-ins you actually get

Weekly photo and video check-ins that upload from a car park with one bar of signal, progress you can see week on week, and a voice note reply attached to the exact exercise it is about.

Getting paid

Money that does not need chasing

Memberships, packages, prepaid session balances and single sessions, priced per coach, taken on the site or in the app, and reconciled without a spreadsheet on a Sunday.

The proof

Open these on your own phone. They are live right now.

Two apps you can download and three sites you can visit. We would rather you checked than took our word for it.

That is not all of it. See every project we have written up, or the feature-by-feature catalogue of what is running inside them.

No call required

Get a costed range before you speak to anybody.

Tick what you want in it, and a costed range and a realistic timeline land in your inbox. No call, no pitch deck, and if the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, that is the answer you get.

The questions that come up first

Do I need an app, or is a website enough?
Most coaches need the site first and the app second. A site sells the coaching and takes the money; an app is worth building once you are delivering to enough clients that messaging and file links have stopped scaling. We will tell you honestly which one you are at, including when the answer is that neither is worth building yet.
Can it go on the App Store and Google Play under my own name?
Yes. Both ProFlow apps are published under their own brand, with their own store listings, their own screenshots and their own data. We handle submission and Apple review, and updates reach phones the same day rather than waiting for another review cycle.
What does a coaching app cost?
Websites start at £2,500, £5,000 once people book or pay on them, and apps and systems start at £8,000+ and get scoped on a call. For a website the estimator on this site gives you a costed range and a timeline in your inbox in about two minutes, without a call and without anybody ringing you afterwards unless you ask.
Do I own it, or am I renting it from you?
You own it. The build fee buys the software and ownership passes to you on payment in full. The monthly retainer after that is for looking after it: hosting, monitoring, store submissions, fixes and changes. If you ever want to leave, you take a copy with you.
How long does it take?
A coaching site is usually a few weeks. An app is longer, and the store review at the end is not in anybody's control: we have had a build sit with Apple for a fortnight. We will give you a real timeline rather than an optimistic one, and you will hear from us when something slips.

Coaching more clients than your current setup can hold?

Tell us how the coaching runs now, and we will tell you what it would take to build the thing that runs it properly, what it would roughly cost, and whether it is worth doing yet.
