Referral partners
You already get asked who builds these things
If you look after businesses, somebody has asked you who to use for a website or a piece of software, and you have either had no answer or named a person you were not certain about. Send them to us instead. You earn 5% of what they pay us to build it.
The part that makes it repeatable
A price you can say out loud
Nobody can pass on "it depends on the scope". That is why most referrals to a developer die in the conversation they started in. Ours are published, so you can answer the question on the spot and be right.
- £2,500
- enquiries come in, search can read it, and you control the content
- £5,000
- bookings, payments, logins, a roster or a catalogue
- £8,000+
- apps and systems, scoped on a call
Those are starting prices for real work, not headline numbers with a catch behind them. Anyone can check what their own job would cost with the estimator before they speak to a human.
What you earn
5% of the build
You earn on the work itself, however it is paid, including where the fee is split over several months. It is paid as we are paid, so you are never waiting on money we have not been given yet.
That is £125 on a £2,500 website and £400 or more on software, for an introduction that takes you a minute. It does not include their monthly hosting and support fee, which pays for keeping the thing running rather than the job you brought us.
You never earn for signing anybody else up, only for real paid work from people you personally referred. Free to join, and you can leave whenever you like.
Who this suits
People whose clients already ask them things
Accountants and bookkeepers
A client mentions the website is embarrassing, or that they are still doing something by hand that software should be doing.
Business coaches and consultants
You have told someone their marketing is the bottleneck, and the next question is who actually builds it.
Marketing and design studios
You do the brand and the campaigns, and the build is not what you want to be dragged into.
IT support and anyone with a client list
You are the person they ring about anything with a screen, so you get asked this too.
How it works
You make the introduction. We do the rest.
Sign up in about a minute. Name, email, and how you would like to be paid.
You get a personal link. Send it on, or just tell us the name and we will pick it up from there.
We scope it, price it and build it. You are not expected to sell anything or sit on the call.
You are paid your 5% of the build as they pay us, and you can see what is owed at any time.
Your name is on it, so here is how they will be treated
A referral costs you more than it pays if the person you sent has a bad time, so this is worth saying plainly. They get a written scope and a fixed build price before anything starts. They are told what the monthly covers and what it does not. Their data is theirs and exportable at any point. If they leave, they get everything and thirty days to move it.
If you are a member of a professional body, check your own rules on disclosing commission before you refer. Several require you to tell your client, and some partners would rather we discounted the client's price instead of paying them. Either is fine, just say which when you sign up.
