What we build
Instant quote tools and estimating systems
Quoting is where most businesses lose money twice. Once on the hours spent producing quotes by hand, and again on the ones that were never followed up.
What it is
A quoting system holds your pricing rules in one place, so two people quoting the same job arrive at the same number, and a price can be produced while the customer is still interested.
It runs in two directions. Facing the customer, it can give a real figure on your website so people self qualify before they ever speak to you. Facing your team, it turns an agreed number into a document, a deposit link and a follow up sequence without anybody retyping anything.
When a business needs one
- Quotes take a morning and go out two days after the enquiry
- Two people price the same job differently and both are defensible
- You find out a quote was never chased when the customer buys elsewhere
- Enquiries arrive with no budget attached and half of them were never going to afford it
- The verbal yes and the paid deposit are days apart, and some of them never close that gap
What we can build
Capability, not a claim about work already delivered. What we have actually built and run is further down the page.
- An instant price calculator on your own site, driven by a pricing model you control
- Pricing rules that produce the same number twice, whoever is quoting
- A quote document generated from the agreed figure rather than typed again
- A deposit or instalment payment link at the moment of the yes
- Follow up that chases the quote on a schedule and stops when the customer replies
- Reporting on what was quoted, what closed, and what quietly went cold
- A qualification step, so the quotes you spend time on are the ones worth having
How we approach it
The pricing model is the project. Getting the rules out of somebody's head and into something explicit is most of the work, and it is usually the first time a business has seen its own pricing written down.
The pricing model is written down before the interface is built. That is how the same job gets the same answer twice, whoever is quoting it.
See it working
A short film of one of our own demonstrations, recorded from the running software. Every company in it is invented, and the link opens the real thing.
Ironmere Plant · Gyms and leisure
A fault reported off the gym floor becomes a work order, a quote nobody can spend without approving, and a running figure for what the downtime costs.
Brackenhall Property Services · Construction and property maintenance
Every variation priced, sent, answered and captured, and a job that cannot be released for invoicing while there is a hole in the record.
Things we have already built
Live in software we have delivered, and part of the 123 things we have built.
Instant quote generator
Prospects get a real budget figure while they are still interested, so they self qualify and the owner only spends time on people who can afford the work.
Pricing a job the same way twice
Your pricing is consistent whoever quotes it, and you stop discovering you undercharged after the work is done.
Scope to paid deposit in one screen
It turns a verbal yes into a paid deposit link on the spot, before the client cools off.
Smart lead intake quiz
Every enquiry arrives already diagnosed with a suggested direction, so sales conversations start warm and nobody chases a cold form fill.
Multi-step project qualification quiz
Every enquiry arrives with a diagnosis already written, so the first sales call is a conversation between peers rather than a fact-finding exercise.
The enquiries that never finished
Contactable leads that did not exist at all before, surfaced every morning instead of lost.
A free tool that answers first and asks second
The tool gets shared, linked to and dropped into group chats instead of bounced off, so it keeps bringing people in long after it was built. The addresses it does collect come from people who already got value.
