Coaching marketing site

ProFlow Physiques Marketing Site

One coach, so the site sells the coach, and hands over qualified enquiries rather than clicks.

What they were dealing with

A one to one coach cannot take everybody, so the site's job is not traffic. It is making sure the people who do get in touch already understand how the coaching runs and what it costs them in effort.

What we did about it

Real client results sit up front, followed by an honest account of how the coaching actually runs week to week, including the parts that are hard work.

The path from reading to talking to the coach is short and there is only one of it, so nothing competes with the enquiry.

Enquiries route straight to the coach rather than into a shared inbox that nobody owns.

A price on the page can never link to a different price at checkout. A plan with a real checkout goes to checkout, a plan without one goes to the enquiry form, and nothing is allowed to charge a figure the page did not show. That is what lets the coach change prices the same day he decides to.

Each of the eight programmes has a page of its own, so somebody searching for the specific thing they want lands on it, and the articles the coach writes inside his own app appear on the site by themselves.

Everything we built into it

  • A price on screen never links to a different price at checkout

Every plan either has a real checkout behind it or sends the visitor to the enquiry form. Nothing is allowed to link to a payment page that charges a different figure from the one being advertised, and a plan with no checkout yet still appears without a broken button.

  • Real client photographs, and no invented numbers

The results page is built from real client before-and-after photographs, with no names, no weights and no timeframes attached, because the business cannot stand behind figures it did not measure.

  • Every photograph is a real client, and the page says so

The site states plainly that every photograph on it is a real client or the coach himself, with no stock photography and no paid models, and the galleries are built to hold phone photographs taken backstage and in car parks rather than cropping them into a tidy grid.

  • He publishes in the app, the website updates itself

Articles written and published inside the business's own app appear on the public marketing site on their own, through periodic rebuilds, with no deploy and no developer.

  • A page for each programme, so search can find each one separately

Each coaching programme gets its own page with its own title, cover and explanation, rather than all of them sharing one services page.

  • Enquiries go to the person who answers them

The enquiry form routes straight to the coach rather than into a shared inbox, and is protected against automated submissions without making a real person solve a puzzle.
