What they were dealing with
Everybody asks what it costs and nobody wants to book a call to find out. Quoting by hand meant the answer arrived days after the interest did, usually in an evening, and usually second.
What we did about it
We built a live estimator into our own site. A visitor picks their project type, pages, features, platforms and support level, and gets a real range in pounds calculated from a pricing model we can tune, not a form that promises to get back to them.
The brief arrives with the number already in it, so the first conversation starts past the budget question instead of at it.
We build the same thing for businesses that quote bespoke jobs, which is most trades, agencies, fit-out firms and event companies.
